CHAMBER LAB 2026, 15-25 JULY 2026

 

The application deadline for Chamber Lab is 20 April 2026.

 

Preselection:

 

14 musicians will be selected to attend Chamber Lab (four pianists, four violinists, four cellists, two violists). The applicant age limit is 30.

Prof. Boris Kusnezow (piano chamber music / Leipzig)
Prof. Lukas Hagen (violin / Salzburg)
Prof. Pauline Sachse (viola / Leipzig)
Prof. Wen-Sinn Yang (cello / Munich)

Preselection requirements:

 

• A video featuring repertoire of free choice (minimum 20 minutes, solo and/or chamber music) via YouTube (or similar). The video should be less than one year old.

• A video (approx. 1-2 minutes) with a short personal introduction in German or English. It should contain a reasonable explanation for applying to Chamber Lab (e.g. particular experience/interests)

• Up-to-date biography

• Possible repertoire ideas

The participation fee is EUR 650 for full-board accommodation and tuition.
